1. Placing an Order ✔️
Request a quote via our convenient quote request form or contact us by email, phone or text. Our friendly customer service team can assist you by email or via phone and provide information regarding product options, stock availability, pricing, current promotions and any other information that you may require to place an order.
2. Artwork Proof Approval ✔️
Upload your logo file artwork during our quote request form session or attach your artwork file to an email (we accept almost any file format). Our next-step virtual Artwork Proof is then generated and sent to you by email for client print production approval. Simply approve the proof form and we will schedule print production of your order.
Our Artwork Proof form allows you to approve the appearance and placement of your logo and confirm all print production details of your order and includes an accurate estimated shipment date. Note: logo files are kept on file indefinitely for convenience and consistency of repeat orders.
3. Shipment of your Order ✔️ 🚚 🌎 🛫
Shipment of your order is arranged after final inspection and pacakaging is completed, via our priority delivery service, and tracking information (and updates) is automatically sent to you by email, including your scheduled delivery date. And finally you will get a notice when your shipment is ‘Out-for-Delivery’ with the local driver.
Logo printed orders with standard production are normally shipped within 10 business days. Rush print production services are available, subject to availability at time of order confirmation. Read more about expedited rush print production options.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Artwork File Formats: preferred logo artwork file formats are vector files [.ai] or [.eps] files, if available.
File Conversion: our Art Department can convert any file type [.png] [.jpeg] or [.tiff] to a high resolution vector format with our vector file conversion service which is free of charge with production orders.
Artwork Proof: Once we receive your artwork file, we provide a virtual Artwork Proof as a next step for client production approval, prior to proceeding with your print production order.
Imprinting colors are specified utilizing the Pantone-PMS® color reference system, although our color matching system allows cross reference color-matching from HEX, RGB, CMYK and others.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & WARRANTY
Long lasting utility is assured by our Weathertech℠ Quality Assurance system which is at the foundation of our product lifecycle management program with a specified serviceable product-life of minimum of 5 years under normal individual-use conditions, and applies to all items available on this website. In many cases tagUmbrella™ products are known to be serviceable for 10 years and much longer.
Warranty: We provide warranty against manufacturer defects if new product mechanisms are found to be defective. There is no warranty expressed or implied for products used in a sharing-economy use.
Sample orders
Sample orders for quality assurance, are available in advance of placing a production order, on a charge-and-credit basis with full credit applied toward any minimum production order received within ~30 days of the sample order shipment date, as follows;
Unprinted ‘blank’ samples:
Unprinted samples are charged at $49.90/each Umbrella + delivery charges ($39.90 shipping/handling), shipped via DHL Express priority service, from our Northwest distribution center and normally shipped within 2 business days.
Note: Samples are non-returnable due to new material policy.
PRE-PRODUCTION ‘printed’ samples:
Sample orders printed with your logo, in advance of placing a fully-confirmed local production order, are available when a client requires approval of a physical printed sample for final approval or editorial photography. Pre-production sample order charges are, as follows;
Add to above Unprinted product sample and delivery charges:
$100.00 pre-production Sample Order charge, plus
$75.00 screen set-up charge for each logo color.
Note: screen set-up charges may not be credited toward a production order when film changes require new film output and screen(s) set-ups for a production order.
Pre-production sample orders are scheduled on a priority basis and shipped asap from our Northwest Production center.

ADDITIONAL IMPRINTING CHARGES
Imprinting & Set-up Charges: Unit prices shown in our catalog and quoted include a one color logo imprinted on one of eight panels, and include the screen set-up charge for one color logo.
Additional Imprinting charges are $3.80 per color/location, and additional Screen set-up charges are $75.00/color (per additional logo color). Metallic Inks are surcharged at $1.15/imprint.
For printed orders less than 24 Units (24 Umbrellas), a less than minimum (LTM) charge of $75.00 applies to cover film output and screen set-up charges.
DROP SHIPMENT CHARGES
Drop shipment charges for split shipments to secondary or multiple locations: we can ship your bulk Umbrella order to multiple locations, anywhere in the world. Split shipment manifest charges apply: $12.50 per location (domestic) or $27.50 per location (International).
Individual packaging charges: standard mailing tubes or cartons: $5.90 each (packing and label charge) not including package procurement.

LOCAL PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Our standard print production lead time for logo printed orders locally printed from our In-stock program with order quantities from 24 - 480+ units, is normally (10) business-days from receipt of confirmed order with approved artwork until shipment from our Northwest Print Production center - subject to stock color availability at time of ordering. Expedited Priority and Rush production options may be available, depending on our current printing section workflows, as follows;
RUSH PRINT PRODUCTION
RUSH! Print production services… are available and chargeable, as follows;
7-Business Day Priority Production without a guaranteed shipping date; is normally always available at absolutely no charge whenever it can be accommodated by our art department and print production section workflow, barring any production delays.
5-Business-Day RUSH Production with a specified estimated shipping date; is available whenever it can be accommodated by our art department and production schedule workflow and chargeable at $150.00.
3-Business-Day RUSH Production with a specified estimated shipping date; is available whenever it can be accommodated on our print production schedule workflow, and chargeable at $300.00.
OFFSHORE FACTORY PRODUCTION SERVICES
tagUmbrella™ offers offshore factory production services for logo-printed orders and custom design Umbrellas when larger production order quantities and longer lead times allow, including custom textile color-matching — via our Shenzhen Production Center backed by a streamlined quality assurance process.
Offshore factory production service provide substantial production savings and custom production options, with minimum order quantities starting at 30 dozen (360 units) for our select canopy-colors range, and 100 dozen (1,200 units) for Custom Pantone PMS color-matched fabric with other minimum order quantity requirements, as follows;
360 units (30 Dozen) for any of our premium frame styles; with full canopy digital printing — or traditional silk screen logo printing on our select range of solid fabric colors. Private-label options available.
1,200 units (100 Dozen) for custom Pantone PMS color-matched solution-dyed canopy textile. Private-label options included.
1,800 units (150 Dozen) for customization of our standard frame styles; including custom handle options and custom frame colors.
3,600 units (300 Dozen) — custom roller-printed fabrics.

OFFSHORE PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
Pre-production samples for offshore factory production orders (including custom design production) are normally provided within 6 weeks from order confirmation, at no charge, and shipped from our Shenzhen production center.

PAYMENTS
We accept payment by all major credit cards via our secure self-serve payments portal. For payment by credit card, please request a link to our electronic pro forma Invoice.
Payments may also be made by; organization check (cheque), EFT, Wire Transfer and Interac eTransfer (where available).

TERMS OF CONDITIONS
Billing Terms: All Invoices are net due upon invoice and must be prepaid at time of order confirmation unless a business trading credit account has been established in advance, or as otherwise agreed. Interest charges of 1.5% per month may be charged on over-due invoices.
Sales Tax: Prices listed on this web site and prices quoted do not include local or regional sales tax that may be applicable, unless otherwise specified.
Import Duties & Tariffs: Unit selling prices for US shipments are duty-taxes included based upon current US Customs Import duty tariff rates for Umbrellas-Telescopic at 0% 'Duty Free' and Umbrellas-Other at 8.2% Duty under classification categories [HS# 6601.91.00.00] and [HS# 6601.99.00.00] respectively. Any supplemental duties or additional duties charged as a result of US-China trade policy changes causing classification rate changes and any additional supplemental duties, tariffs or processing fees being imposed thereon, are for buyers account.
Currencies: Invoice currency dependant upon the country of final delivery unless otherwise specified. Prices shown are USD for US shipments, CAD for Canadian shipments. International orders are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Please contact us for special quotations in other regions/currencies.
Freight Terms: EXW (Ex-Works) our print production facility or regional distribution center. Delivery charges are prepaid and charged on Invoice. List prices and quotes provided do not include delivery charges. Please contact our customer service to confirm freight charges. US shipments are EXW our Northwest distribution center and Canadian shipments EXW our Vancouver BC Print Production Center. Offshore factory production orders shipped via Ocean Freight or commercial Air Cargo are EXW our Shenzhen Production Center, our west coast warehouse or nearest port warehouse (as quoted) with freight delivery and handling charges prepaid and charged on invoice - transit cargo Insurance if required plus any International destination documentation fees, supplementary duties, tariffs or taxes for buyers account. All International shipment terms, outside the USA and Canada, are EXW our facility as quoted; Insurance if required, commercial cargo documentation fees, customs processing charges at destination plus any local tariffs, duties and taxes for buyers' account.
Production Variance: Due to the production-environment nature of custom umbrella printing, it occasionally happens that an orders’ final production is over or under by up to 5% of the requested quantity. Your invoice will reflect any under or overage. If there is an absolute minimum quantity required for your program or event please let us know in advance. Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability at time of order confirmation.
